We pride ourselves on the fact that one of our largest sources of candidates is recommendations.
Typically our candidates are looking for salaries of between £20 - 80k and will come from an Animal Welfare / Charity background, from lower level Administrative staff, through to Finance or HR Managers and ‘Heads of’/Director level. What every candidate does have in common is that they will want to work for an animal or conservation charity or company and they will have been interviewed at length by one of our experienced professionals. They will be personalised to your high standards and requirements when presented to you and will have been spoken to in details about your role and your culture. We will present talent that is right for you, not numbers.
