African Conservation Experience work with a number of wildlife vets in South Africa, offering volunteers on the Shimongwe Wildlife Veterinary Experience the opportunity to participate in some of the following:
- Gain hands on veterinary work experience with a range of African wildlife
- Assist with wildlife veterinary cases, from disease testing to darting and capture
- Learn about drugs and treatment methods used in Africa
From 2-12 weeks you can join the day to day activities of our experienced wildlife veterinarians in the field, treating and handling wildlife.
