For aspiring vets, or for those who simply have an interest in veterinary medicine, this project presents a perfect and unrivalled opportunity.
Based in and around the medieval city of Brasov, volunteers are able to work in veterinary clinics shadowing local vets. You would mainly be working with domestic animals, and would be assisting the vets in the treatment and care of the patients. Activities may include observing operations, helping with vaccinations and the assistance of vets in more complex procedures.
On a daily basis, you will encounter the wonders of the vibrant Romanian culture and at weekends can explore Brasov and its rich history.
